huawei cdma/phone modem setup guide

This is mostly for ptcl/v-wireless users in pakistan...

I found a guide to getting Huawei set (which is most frequently distributed with ptcl connection) work under fedora 9 which i've tested and posted on my blog here . I hope it helps someone.

Try it and tell me if it works.
