Problem with installing fd8 Games Spin on USB

I have a problem with installing and starting Fedora 8 Games Spin that can be found on http://spins.fedoraproject.org

First I download a ISO. Then I format a USB memory as FAT16 and use this tool to install the ISO on the USB memory:
https://fedorahosted.org/liveusb-creator

The Sha1Sum of the ISO file is 222aa3b084ebf28f12b6919e400d71056d079491 which I assume is correct after googling for 222aa3b084ebf28f12b6919e400d71056d079491.

The installation suceeds without any problems, but booting from the USB memory gives the following:
http://www.sebn.us.to/logfile.txt

Everything above and including these lines is relevant:
SQUASHFS error: sb_bread failed reading block 0x37bf7f
SQUASHFS error: unable to read uid/gid table

Everything below the SquashFS lines is irrelevant, these lines appeared in log when I inserted a second USB memory to copy the log with "dmesg > logfile.txt", that was named sdc.

Then I format a USB memory as FAT16
introduced in 1987 32 MB max partition size

the fat 16 format can not handle the file size of the iso
use ext3 or if you must , and don't have any choice, then ntfs

Now it works perfectly.

I dont know, but I tried to use the fedora liveUSB tool directly on the USB memory after purchasing it, but then it said that filesystem was not FAT.
Windows said the filesystem was FAT32.

Then I guessed it require a reformat to FAT16 and tried with that but got the problem described in the first post.

Now I reformatted it back to FAT32 and now it works perfectly.
