fglrx.ko module failed to load

I get this error at start-up:

Checking for module fglrx.ko: [FAILED]
fglrx.ko for kernel 2.6.25.11-97.fc9.i686 was not found. [WARNING]
fglrx DRI will not be enabled until one is found. [WARNING]

I've read a bit, and it seems it may be due to a mismatch in versions of the kernel and modules. Problem is I have no idea how to fix that.
Any advice?

my glxinfo seems to be fine, and I have compiz running with stability under leigh's guide. Anyhow, I installed World Of Warcraft with the disappoint of getting 1 fps. Would fixing this error help that... and if not what would?
Thanks for help, much appreciated. I did notice others having problems with this in the past but the circumstances were all a litle different. name of display: :0.0
