You are using non-free graphics drivers, fglrx. Unfortunately due to the close source nature of this driver, there is nothing reliable that Fedora can do to fix the problem. The only people that can fix the problem is ATI themselves (as they own the source).

If you use free and open source drivers, Fedora developers can fix the bugs.
