eeePC 900 Thank you Fedora Team

I've just upgraded my kernel to 2.6.26.3-29.fc9.i686 on my eeePC and I#m very happy because now the internal microfone is working and I can finaly dump the preinstalled xandros. Thank you all at fedora, finally a dream became true.

How did you install Fedora? Did you use Eeedora?

I have the Asus Eee 701 4GB and I just used the Fedora 9 DVD to install it.

Not sure about the 900, but on the 701 you have to install Madwifi to get WiFi to work.

I booted the KDE Fedora CD-Image on a 2 GB SD-Card and installed it via the HD-Install link on the desktop.
There exist a tool for Windows where you can create an bootable SD-Card from the CD-Image. That worked great for me.
