Hello,

I was quite happy with my touchpad because it was turned off. It is misplaced on this Medion so it ist absolutely useless, a real pain in the... You keep touching it when you do not want. And the effect is not predictable because it happens accidentally all the time.

So I turned it off. Good!!!

But since the last updates it is active again. And the entries in etc/X11/xorg.conf are still there. I did not ask for this crap. How can I turn it off in the new fassion? Why does the

Section "InputDevice"
Identifier "Synaptics"
Driver "synaptics"
Option "Device" "/dev/input/mice"
Option "Protocol" "auto-dev"
Option "Emulate3Buttons" "yes"
Option "SHMConfig" "on"
Option "Touchpad Off" "2"

not work any more???
