How to make the context menu key work as a Windows key?

Hello.

I have recently bought a new keyboard. My old keyboard had two "Windows" keys as well as a "context menu key" (ie., the one that acts like right-clicking on the currently selected item. My new one has only one Windows key and a context menu key. This is a problem, because I am accustomed to using both Windows keys. I have it set up as a modifier key just like Ctrl and Alt.

On the other hand, I rarely use the context menu key. So I want to remap the context menu key so that it functions globally as another Windows key. Can I do this?

I am running Fedora 9 and KDE 4.1.

Thanks in advance.
