How to use WINE to run a program for flash drive

I have the VisualBoyAdvance installed on my flash drive. How would I use WINE to run it? any help would be nice, thanks.

open it and look for ./bin

is wine installed?

if so find a gear icon within the flash drive directory, right click and select open with wine.

no within the flash drive find a gear icon. right click the icon. select open with. select wine.

It flashes for a min but then it doesn't open

It may be incompatible with your version of wine, just a guess though.

Then would you help me install a Linux Version?
Because the version I have installed for Linux now wont start. Neither do any other prorams start that I install. Do you Know why?
