Unhappy How do I access Sony AIT1 drive via fc9

I have an Acer with 2 hardware mirrored SATA disks, DVD, floppy and SATA AIT1-Turbo tape.
The Computer window shows Filesystem, DVD & Floppy but no tape.
What software installation steps are needed before being able to write/read a tape.
