Hey everyone,
Because Windows XP was becoming very slow on my laptop and I already have 2 PC running Vista, I decided to return to Linux on my laptop (had a Ubuntu LAMP server for > 1 year). After a little research I decided to download Fedora 10 32-bit.
I installed Fedora and most of my programs without any problems, so the only thing left was installing the Catalyst Mobility drivers for my ATI X1600. Everything seemed to be fine, until I rebooted the system! After the loading-screen the screen turns black and doesn't respond to anything!
I tried the 'rescue'-option on the DVD but that's rubbish since you can't access you filesystem at all!! (WTF)
I hope someone could help me fix this problem!
Thanks in regards,
Iska
