I'm a relative linux noob, especially to Fedora. However, after trying all the distros imaginable, I have decided that Fedora is the one for me. I've had no problems (except the 7 fresh installs trying to get my nvidia to work--hah [thank you Fedora 10 guide]) to date, with the exception of the following.
Every time I get a update system (which is almost every day) notification, I will click and review, and typically install. When I click update I get the normal update bar, but then I notice all the window borders around my opened windows will go missing, as if they were "green screened" to show my background. Afterwards when the update is complete, I can not navigate through my opened windows or even close the ones I have up as the exit/minimize buttons are missing---and using my taskbar at the bottom doesn't help. Restarting the xserver works, but I love bragging about my computer uptime being 30+ days.
I did a quick google search, and frankly I do not know how to word it, so my results haven't helped me.
