Question No Buffer Space Available

Hi All,
I am using FC10 and recently there has been an error for ssh or telnet "No buffer space available". I rebooted the machine, but didn't it help much. Can someone please help? Thanks in advance.

If you do "ifconfig lo" does the third line include the flags "UP" and "RUNNING"?
