Keyboard layout switching

Hello, I have problem with keyboard layout switching in one program.
I can switch between 2 layout that I have CZ,USA in whole system except matlab.
When I run matlab as normal user I'm forced to use first layout in list but when I run it as root I can use keyboard switching as usual.
Using Fedora 10 i386, switching is provided by gnome.
Can somebody help me with this please?

P.S: On Fedora 9 it's working OK, I don't know what's different and where's problem.
