Smile {64-bit user}-gnome packagekit list i386 packages too!

Hi ,
I am using Fedora after a very long time(after FC2).I used gnome packagekit to view the available packages.to my surprise ,it listed 32-bit compiled packages also!

I have rpmfusion and normal fedora repositories enabled.

Also ,How can I solve below error?everytime ,I use yum command line ,indian mirror is popping in! How can I add preferred mirror?
Code:
Downloading Packages:
http://ftp.iitm.ac.in/fedora/releases/10/Everything/x86_64/os/Packages/bash-completion-20060301-13.noarch.rpm: [Errno 14] HTTP Error 503: Service Temporarily Unavailable
Trying other mirror.
