Try using streamtuner, there's rpms available from http://newrpms.sunsite.dk

Streamtuner is an application that will get radio station from shoutcast (winamp) as well as some other radio services. You'll click one and it'll open in the music player you've set in preferences. It's quite good actually.

Website here: http://www.nongnu.org/streamtuner/ and some screenshots: http://www.nongnu.org/streamtuner/screenshots/

Remember, use the rpms from NewRPMS.

Streamtuner default uses shoutcast, with sustreamtuner-live365 plugin you get live365 internet radio stations..
Anyone knows where to get more of this plugins?

you can find almost every package on a properly configured yum. newrpms has streamtuner and the live365 and xiph plugins.
    Code:
    yun install streamtuner streamtuner-live365 streamtuner-xiph
I just enable all the repos and let yum sort it out. it hasn't failed me yet.

    Hi
I know I am using this topic very late
Thanks Foolish for the excellent software. I have one question
How do I listen to Yahoo radio.......Do I have to install a new plugin for streamtuner or is there any other software available?

I have streamtuner installed via rpm. I also have Py/GTK 2.6 installed, which causes a the program to crash with a segmentation fault unless a patch is applied. This is according to other threads I've searched on. Well, the patch appears to be on the streamtuner home page along with the streamtuner downloads: http://www.nongnu.org/streamtuner/
Problem is I have no idea how to apply it. I looked for these files -- which are listed at the beginning of the patch ( --- src/plugins/python/pst-main.c.orig +++ src/plugins/python/pst-main.c) using the locate command, and I don't find them and now I'm lost. Any ideason how to apply the patch? Thank you all.
