Can anyone give the link where I can get the source code of "open" system call?

it's in the kernel source tree in fs/open.c

but why not just do

Would you please give the specific path for open.c?

Do you know how to install the kernel source? search for "build kernel" on this forum, then it's

~/rpmbuild/BUILD/kernel*/llinux*/fs/open.c

I do wonder what your gonna do with it if you can't even find it!
