Cairo Dock

I just installed cairo dock and want to use it. However every time i go to launch it it pops up with a window called 'maintenance mode' with all of cairo docks options.

If i click ok or quit to get rid of this window and actually start using the program - it just reappears. There doesn't seem to be any way to get rid of this window and start using cairo dock.

Anyone know whats going on?
