Flash Player Disables Key Presses On Click

When ever I try to use a flash application on my Fedora partition, there is an odd problem where the flash player stops accepting key presses after I click, and accepts them again after I click again. It only effects flash player, but it is very annoying.

some more info would help
fedora 9 or 10 or 11 beta ?
the above but 32 bit or 64 bit ?

and what flash player
from adobe or the fedora repos ?

Fedora 10, 32 bit, flash player 10.05r (I think)
from the adobe repository
