F11 LiveCD won't boot: I/O error

Hey, all.
When I boot the F11 Preview i686 LiveCD, it shows a Grub-like boot menu. When I hit enter, I encounter a delay then see the messages:
Code:
end_request: I/O error, dev sr0, sector 1320288
Buffer I/O error on device sr0, sector 165036.
Which display repeatedly and indefinitely.
This also happened when I booted to the F11 beta. I have used several CDs. I check each disk beforehand. I would rather not use the installation media and have not tried i386 yet. Any ideas?

Not really a reply, but to co-sympathize with you. I have a similar expierence trying to boot a live CD F-10 i686 on a Dell 6300. A post in the Installation area has gone un-replied for over quite a while. I can boot the same CD into my laptop. I have wondered if the write speed (done on a much newer and faster CDW) was the issue. The 6300 is a 10+ year old machine. Who knows? Dave
