fedora 10 and Soundblaster X-FI Expresscard

I have tried to make a "Soundblaster X-FI Expresscard" work with Fedora 10 but failed. Once the card is insert, it seems it will be recognized but still something goes wrong what is far beyond my knowledge.
dmesg output says:

usb 4-2: new full speed USB device using uhci_hcd and address 3
usb 4-2: configuration #1 chosen from 1 choice
input: Creative Technology Ltd SB X-Fi Notebook as /devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:1d.2/usb4/4-2/4-2:1.3/input/input13
input,hidraw2: USB HID v1.11 Device [Creative Technology Ltd SB X-Fi Notebook] on usb-0000:00:1d.2-2
input: Creative Technology Ltd SB X-Fi Notebook as /devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:1d.2/usb4/4-2/4-2:1.4/input/input14
input,hidraw3: USB HID v1.11 Keyboard [Creative Technology Ltd SB X-Fi Notebook] on usb-0000:00:1d.2-2
usb 4-2: New USB device found, idVendor=041e, idProduct=30d2
usb 4-2: New USB device strings: Mfr=1, Product=2, SerialNumber=0
usb 4-2: Product: SB X-Fi Notebook
usb 4-2: Manufacturer: Creative Technology Ltd
ALSA sound/usb/usbaudio.c:2864: cannot find HEADER
snd-usb-audio: probe of 4-2:1.0 failed with error -5
usbcore: registered new interface driver snd-usb-audio

so is there somebody who is able to decipher what is going on here or could point me in any direction where to start to solve this problem. Any help is highly appreciated.

Thanx schnullerbacke
