Unhappy Fingerprint AuthenTec AES2501 doesn't work after hibernate

Hi all,
now on F11 my fingerprint sensor works on login and screensaver unlock. But that's works just before the hibernate/suspend. After this the sensor is not recognize anymore. To work again I need restart machine.
With this I need unlock the screen with password(old way).
I try use the fprint-verify on shell and the error is:
Code:
[giuliano@jbravo ~]$ fprintd-verify
Using device /net/reactivated/Fprint/Device/0
Listing enrolled fingers:
 - #0: right-index-finger
Verify result: verify-unknown-error (done)
This issue is on HP DV6750BR(DV6000) laptop.

thanks,
