Question mounting partitions in dolphin

I'm using fedora 11 64-bit edition with KDE. I've a problem(that existed long ago in previous versions) but I thought it might be time to check for a solution for it.
Is there some way to convince dolphin to mount partitions(mainly FAT32 and NTFS) without prompting me for the root password when I click on one of these partitions in the left panel? I want to be able to mount them as a normal user(without elevating to the root privileges).
