Compiz fusion wont work

I've been working getting Compiz fusion to work all day but have failed. I've been reading and some people say there is a bug that comes up in dmesg with something about -22. I ran that but it came back with -14. Not the same error but an error.

Also, I've read that if I didn't uninstall the compiz that came with Fedora, I'd have problems. I've been on Linux OSs for about a week now so I'm pretty noob at this and could use some help getting some eyecandy. I've installed video drivers and I can enable desktop effects but I get no response from key bindings in Compiz manager thing.

I'm not sure what info that will be needed to help resolve this but just ask for it and I'll do my best to get it posted.

I got the same problem.
I can enable Compiz in the Destop Effect. The the system report that Compiz has crahed.
The basic effects ( like windows wobble when moved ) work well.
However all setting in CompizConfig Setting Manager doesn't affect at all. (such as Water effect, negative...)
