Offline Bug Tracker?

Hello people,

i'm looking for an offline bug tracking tool. It's only to store/manage the bugs instead of a textfile or spreadsheet.

Something like Bugzilla but smaller and for offline use. Does someone know if there is something out there?

Thank you.
