fedora 13 kde small bugs!

I love KDE, but in fedora i find some bugs (when install from livecd and net-install disks x86_64)
1)bug> where is the color? in settings I enable this function.
2)bug> how to.. omg..
3)bug> didn't work hotkeys on ALL aplications.
P.S. Sorry for my bad English.

I can confirm these - among some other small glitches.
They seem to be Fedora-specific though, as I don't have them on Mandriva 2010.1.
