Re: how to earn money from fedora
Probably not. Please go to the link above and browse the fedora project site for such information. This is just a user-helping-user forum. Any answer you get here would be speculation. The way to get good information is to go directly to the project and ask them.
That being said, unless one works essentially for Redhat, I don't think anybody gets paid.

Re: how to earn money from fedora
I'm pretty new to the whole Fedora project. That said, I don't think so. Go to the Red Hat web site and poke around there. http://www.redhat.com/about/careers/

Because you are visiting the forum using Windows and you don't seem to understand what Fedora is, don't be offended if redhat laugh at you.
Sorry.
If you know C, then get over to the Linux kernel mailing list and join in. There is no shortness of work over there for talented C programmers, especially because of Android but you will need to demonstrate understanding, contribute code and spend some time gaining experience before any company will take you on to write drivers etc for the Linux kernel.
Thanks,

Please tell me where you see that he doesn't know what Fedora is?
And isn't it possible for a Linux user to sit at a Windows computer sometimes?

It's pretty clear from his question that he didn't bother reading anything at the project site.

By the way, you seriously registered just to post that

So he's not even explored the Fedora website. Why would you employ someone who doesn't understand what your company does or even use the product. If he knew what Fedora was, he would know that Fedora is a Redhat sponsored community project.
Fedora don't employ anyone. Redhat do.
If you want to work for a Linux vendor, you use Linux. Surely that makes sense???
I really have nothing more to contribute to this thread because I shouldn't need to explain what is common sense and criticising someone for their lack of effort and understanding is a waste of my time and something I am not in interested in.
Thanks,
Zanpactou

And with that ... I think this fellow has been beat up enough over this.
He asked a simple, civil question. Strikes me a simple, civil answer would have been sufficient.
