gstreamer-plugins-good.x86_64 and gstreamer-plugins-ugly.x86_64

bad or good or ugly???????????

anybody can tell me ? i'm really newcommer in linux,i'm using ubuntu for a couple months ago. and now,i want to moving from ubuntu to fedora.i have already installed fedora 13 in virtualbox for testing.i try to install something to support playback multimedia .
