Full screen on a single screen of a dual setup

I have 2 monitors in the configuration in which I can drag windows between the two. If I make a webcast full screen on one monitor, as soon as I click (continuing to work on the other monitor), the full screen goes away and goes back to showing the video in a small window. Is there any way to fix this?

Thanks,

Dave
