F13: ssh X forwarding not working

I have a new F13 set up, I'm trying to ssh in from my laptop to run an app, like I do to my other linux machines, but for the life of me I can't get F13 to connect with X forwarding like the others do. I have it enabled in the sshd_config and I know my laptop supports it since I can do it when connected to my other machines.

any clues as to why F13 won't?
