Picasa 3 works (for me!?!)

As with others, I have had no luck running Picasa since moving up to FC13. Every time I see something about SELinux in the updates, I try to reinstall it. Same for today. A few minutes ago, I installed Picasa 3 (build 57.4402.0) using Googles's link to the rpm. Installed fine. Expecting total failure, I try to run the programme. I was met with a small window stating that there was previous configuration information in a .picasa folder, & asking if I wanted to import it (or use it, can't remember). Not being afraid of destroying this system & needing to do a complete reinstall, I deleted the folder. Went back to the "window", clicked "No", & off I went to agree to terms, etc.. For some odd reason, Picasa worked . So far, without a flaw!?!? Also, no SELinux alerts! Did I just get lucky? Or, did I possibly stumble across something? Any comments, greatly appreciated!!
Cheers,
Steve
