Question I cannot open internet on fedora core 13

Dear all ,I need help

I have PC dual boot one for winxp and another for fedora core 13
I installed USB wireless adapter type rtl8187 :

1-In winxp configured properly and I made internet connection broadband type
and the internet explorer working fine.

2-In Fedoracore 13 also the USB wireless adapter configured automatically
and it show all the wireless station and also I can ping the Gateway address
but the internet explorer not working ,I use Mozilla firefox explorer.

please how can I setup the internet connection?

Maybe you need to add dns servers to /etc/resolv.conf. What's in that file now?

Thanks ,

I alreay put the DNS server ip in file etc/resolve.conf

but still no internet?

I can ping the dns server also .

Can you ping, for example, www.google.com?

Another thing you might want to check is to disable IPv6 in Firefox:
1. enter about:config in the address bar
2. acknowledge the security warning
3. enter network.dns.disableIPv6 in the search bar and double click on the entry

thanks to all ,below other outputs:

$cat /etc/resolv.conf
nameserver:192.168.88.1

$ping www.google.com

ping www.google.com(209.58.135.99) 56(84)bytes of data
from router (192.168.88.1):icmp_seq=2 Redirect Host (New nexthop:Vsat-178-17-22-6-5.nynex.de(178.17.226.5)



8 packet transmitted 0 recieved

I made network.dns.disableIpv6 from false to true

but still internet not working ?
