games spin. 32 and 64 not loading

I downloaded the 64 bit spin, which neither my computer nor my neighbours would begin to load.
I then downloaded the 32 bit one and it would not begin to load.
I , and my neighbour, have windows 7.
I am typing this on Mint 10 live, which loads with no problems
I could not find any mention of these spins on this forum; please redirect me if I have posted in the wrong place.

I have the Fedora 14 Games spin 32 bit installed to a 8GB usb flash drive. Used Fedora's LiveUSB Creator and also allowed for a 2047MB persistent overlay. Works here booted up and loaded quite fast on a Sony laptop.

Are you using it from a DVD or USB?

I asked my neighbour to download it (he has a fast connection-800-900kB/sec) and use Neo to burn it.
It WORKS.
I am using it (live) to type this
