konqueror "Unable to start the cookie handler service."

I grabbed kde 3.3.1 srpms from download.kde.org for Fedora 2 and recompiled them from my x86_64 arch. using rpmbuild --rebuild --target x86_64 fooo.srs.rpm

Now When using konqueror I can not login to many website (yahoo and ebay as example) because it says my browser refuses cookies.

I removed my .kde directory. I also created a new account and got the same problem.

When I try konfigure cookies from the konqueror "settings-> configure konqueror -> cookies"

I get this message:

Unable to start the cookie handler service.
You will not be able to manage the cookies that are stored on your computer.

More ons, and this might be related to same problem from "Menu -> Control Center -> KDE componenets -> Service Manager I get this error:

Unable to contact KDED.

I tried manually to run kded from console and I get this error message:

Thats weird it worked for me. did you try to run kded as the current user logged in? I too was getting the
