Unhappy FC2 reboot instead of shutdown

I have installed FC2 without any problems. Everything works fine. The only time is when I want to shut down the computer, it reboots by itself. I have noticed that the after the halting system signal, there is one line like "switch mdo...", I can catch the exact wording and I believe that is the command which makes the computer to reboot instead of shut down. I have tried the command halt and shutdown -h, only have the computer reboots right away. So I have to power off manuelly before the system restarts. Is it a virus problem. Please advise.
