HylaFax email notification not working

Hi All,

I recently setup a HylaFax box with an AvantFax web GUI. The installation and configuration went well and all is working fine, with the exception of email notification. The server simply will not send an email to Faxmaster when it receives a new fax. I hace configured sendmail and it works fine. I can send a message from the CLI and it goes out no problem. HylaFax is even successfully sending daily reports to faxmaster and they are being received.

I have checked the maillog after a fax comes in. It isn't even being sent to sendmail to be sent out. I'll include my faxrcvd file. Could someone please shed some light on this, it's driving me nuts.
