Lenovo Thinkpad Edge 15 (0302) supported?

The Redhat site does not list the Levovo (IBM) Thinkpad edge as a supported product. My daughter just got one with:
AMD Athelon II P340 CPU
Realtek High definition Audio controller
ATI Radeon 4200 series Display adapter
RealTek Mini-PCI Express Apapter II Wireless
RealTek PCIe GBE Nic
Hitachi HTS7200 Hard drive
4GM memory

Will Fedora support this, and does anyone know of any outstanding issues before I try to get her yo dump windows?

ATi and linux have been known to make people sad, but I don't know of the current status. If your daughter is not a game nerd who requires awesome 3d performance it will probably not cause any issues.
Getting the wireless to work may require some googling (for hardware driver-support).

Otherwise I would not expect any show-stopping issues with your supplied information.
