[SOLVED] title bar windows

I have a samsung 2370hd monitor which fedora configures at 1920x1080.
In f14 could open a couple of terminals and a browser and everything fits
just fine on the screen.
It seems with f15 that the terminal window is now larger and in particular the
title bar on all windows is much larger.

I like the gnome 3 interface but I need to find a different terminal application as
often have several terminals open at once.

I think Terminator allows for multiple terminals in the same window, if that's any help. Title bars on windows are a bit oversized in Gnome3 and there is a lot of grey space at the top of my windows that could be better used to display more in each window. Maybe I just can't see well, but title bars are bigger seem slightly larger than Gnome panel even,or so it seems.
