OOPS! And I mixed Fedoras and Red Hats up too! My Bad - sorry, Adam.
OH WOW! Now THAT tip really makes a difference. Honestly, with Gnome Shell Extensions, F15 is something that I can love! Thanks again!

Thank for this, Adam, err Rahul, works like a charm. Any idea where windows now minimize to? Firefox just sort of disappears and when I click on it's icon, sometimes I get the minimized window after a few seconds, sometimes just a new window. I'm afraid I haven't detected it's pattern yet.

Re: F15 final release
I no longer have an overview, I have something that looks a lot like Gnome 2, a panel with an Applications menu and my favourites icons.
It's a nice start, though.

It does not...
When I move the mouse north and east above Applications it still shows up as always...
What is nice about it is that it seems to have made the hot spot smaller, for me this is a plus because before I would get any where in the northeastern part of my screen it would engage...

So small I didn't spot it at first, thank you.

Re: F15 final release
I tend to use the keyboard shortcuts for opening the overview anyway, it's way more efficient. (windows key, or alt+f1).

I'd have to move a hand to the keyboard for that. I don't sit here, waiting to press a key, when I'm reading the forum, looking at a pdf, at flickr, etc.

Re: F15 final release
I feel the same way, Kurt.
My work is mainly in 2 modes.. Either using the mouse.. Or using the keyboard. I do not want to have be be switching back and forth between them.
For example.. When I am working, it's all keyboard use, churning out lines of code.. The mouse is a hindrance to me if I have to reach over and grab it to do something.
On the other hand, when browsing the web, checking email, etc... That is done with the mouse and it takes time to pull out the keyboard and press a key.
Having to switch between the mouse and keyboard drastically drops productivity. (This is the reason that the other OS from Micro$soft has an equivalent keyboard command for mouse clicks, and vice versa. Although finding out what they are can be a pain sometimes)

Re: F15 final release
Yes, Adam, different people do things in different ways..
That is why a desktop environment MUST be user configurable. Something that Gnome 3 shell is severely lacking.
