Gnome-shell: overview mode resizing

hi everybody!
I got some problems with the gnome-shell in overview mode after few seconds - nearly twenty - since the login. Everything below applications/windows buttons and the search box changes proportions becoming bigger and ending some parts out of the bottom egde. that's not really annoying because I still can click on everything but obviously there's something wrong going on and I can't figure out what. Any suggestions? I even don't know where starting to look for.
P.S. Sorry about my english, I hope it's quite clear.
