how do you get the gnome 3 dock?

Each time I am running gnome 3 and fedora 15 I do not see any dock?

system is

1ghz
1gb

What video card are you using and what driver? Your system may not have the required capability to run Gnome-(S)hell and is going to fall-back mode. Post more details so the folks here can help you better.
