tools for maintaince linux fedora 14 ?

any 1 could name some maintaince apps for fedora 14 like ccleaner and disk defragment and avg for win7 are the some usefull maintaince tools ....do linux has a any tool or utility to do maintaince of system to run smoother ?

and also how to delete %temp% files ...that are no loonger needed ?

This is not your father's Windows and in general you do not need these tools in Linux. If you must take a look at bleachbit, but, especially if you are new, do not remove files if you do not know what they are .

I believe belachbit is in the fedora repos.

side note: defragmentation hasn't been needed in Linux for about 15 years.
