Sometimes i use "Gnome 3 with compiz" option. I puted Shutdown launcher on taskbar/gnome-panel.
How can i remove it? I also puted document and i remove it by deleting file from .config/gnome-panel/launchers/, but i cannot remove Shutdown launcher.
Please help!
This appears to be a Gnome issue; I'm getting the exact same thing (or not getting as the case may be) in Arch Linux. No way to remove a launcher from the panel in fallback mode.
Just found it. Alt+right-click the launcher, and the menu will be there to remove it.

If you want to remove launcher from panel you must go to /home/name/.config/gnome-panel/launchers, and delete all files in folder, and launcher in panel is disappear
