networkprinter

My network printer does not work anymore. What can I do now
I have an Lexmark Z617 printer.

You can start by adding in more information. You haven't given us *anything* to go by. For all we know, its out of ink/toner or unplugged.

What can I say I have set the printer in Samba network and I had no troubles before.

Well, you can start by saying WHAT YOU DID before it stopped working.
You can also say WHAT YOU'VE TRIED to fix it.

Hello input

You say that this printer is in a samba network.

Does that mean the printer is physically attached to one of your machines?

Can you print to the printer locally in that case?

Does:

Code:
smbclient -L localhost
show that printer as being shared?

If it is a proper network printer, can you print off a status page to find its ip address.

Can you ping that ip address across the network?

The printer work again I set the network now on smb://MSHOME/PRIVE/Printer.
