Need help in checking and installing the Polish language pack from Disc

Dear Friends,
I am new to Linux, Fedora.
I am trying to install an additional language Polish to the machine.
I got a Fedora installation Disc, don't know whether it has the language pack.
Please could anyone help me checking whether the disc has the polish language pack and help me installing the pack?
I am googling since morning and couldn't get my head around it.
Any help would be very much appreciated.

Many Thanks
Sats
