Broadcom BCM5704 driver failing to load at boot

Hello.

I'm stuck with this issue for quite some time now.
Actually this network card WAS working for a few hours. But it started acting funny after reboot and now it won't load anymore.

Installing latest tg3 drivers from broadcom site didn't help.

See dmesg output in attached file.
See lspci output in attached file.

Best regards.
