Teamviewer as Autostart - General Question

Hi everybody

I have a comprehension problem in Fedora.

In the following Programm:
System, Settings, Starprogramms (I hope this is correct in English, my Fedora is on German).
Here I add the Teamviewer Programm:

Name: Teamviewer
Command/Befehl: /opt/teamviewer/teamviewer/6/bin/teamviewer
Comment: Start des Teamviewer

Ok. thats the fact.
Now, when i reboot the Server then Teamviewer starts an i can connect to the Server but i absolutly don't understand on which GUI i work?
I can do everything but when i look direct on the Server with a VGA Monitor, then on the Server is the Logon Mask.. ? Because, when I start teamviewer direct on the Server which the Console then i can see the Mouse moving and i can see everything that the user does whos connected with teamviewer...
But when teamviewer starts with the automatic Startprogramm on reboot then i can't see the mouse moving and so on.

My question:
- Do i have in Fedora more then one Logon Mask like Windows? How can i check on which Session i am now?
- How can i use teamviewer meaningful as autostart software?
- I there another Software available for Fedora - like VNC Viewer...

I hope you understood this?

Its hard to explain
