Trying to install F16 against bug 733449

Well, I tried once again with F16 TC Beta and crashed against bug 733449 on Anaconda. The bug seems to be fixed and a method to install provided in the but report itself, by means of enabling a testing repo and installing the new Anaconda package. Could somebody around here provide some steps to do this using TC's live cd? Thanks in advance.
