How do I invoke the NetworkManager gui from the command line?

I am administering a remote system and I want to invoke the network manager gui remotely as an X client.

I ssh'd into the box with ssh -X ed@myserver. How do I invoke these gui tools and where can I find the binaries?

Looks like what I needed is system-config-firewall.
