Kernel 3.2.7 & Ralink RT2500 still not working

Hi If I switch off my wireless router and laptop; and then switch them back on and boot using kernel 3.2.7, Fedora cannot estblish a connection with my router. Booting with kernel 3.2.1, everything works correctly. If I then restart (without switching anything off) and boot with kernel 3.2.7 it then can connect to my router. It seems that kernel 3.2.7 is missing establishing an initial connection with the router, while kernel 3.2.1 does establish an initial connection. By restarting, the connection is still established and so kernel 3.2.7 can use that and connect to the router. Does anyone know where the problem is, or how to fix/workaround the problem? Thanks
