Radeon HD5450 two HDMI and one CRT monitors

Hi,

I'm still trying to understand how this "DisplayPort" work.

My target is to have three monitors using a single HD5450 card, cheap today.
This card claims to support DisplayPort but I can't see this port at the back of the card.
I can only see VGA, HDMI and DVI, thus confusing me.

I do have two LEDs HDMI monitors and one LCD VGA monitor.

How am I going to get this working?

Thanks.
